At LTSMG Conference 2025, AJK Creates was brought in with a different mission: to design a communications journey that extended far beyond the conference walls.
We began weeks before the doors opened with preview news stories and carefully timed posts that gave the community reasons to watch and engage. By the time delegates arrived, momentum was already building.
During the three days in Glasgow, we switched into real-time storytelling. Curated questions drove lively conversations on social media, live posts gave followers a window into the sessions, and short-form video captured the energy from around the event. It wasn’t about noise — it was about narrative. Every post, clip, and update was part of a bigger picture: showing the value of LTSMG as a place where higher education AV, IT, and learning professionals connect.
And the story didn’t end when the conference did. Post-event, we extended the campaign with highlight reels, tailored video content, and a round-up feature that reinforced the key themes and kept the conversation alive. The results spoke for themselves:
